- International Shipping: We offer international shipping to many countries. Delivery times vary depending on the destination.
Shipping fees will be calculated at checkout based on the shipping method you select and the destination address.

Once your order is placed, we will process it as quickly as possible. Our processing time typically takes 1-2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays may experience a slight delay, as our team works during normal business hours, Monday to Friday.
Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive an email notification with tracking details so you can follow the progress of your package.
4. Delivery Timeframe
Domestic Orders: For orders within the U.S., please allow 5-7 business days for delivery with Standard Shipping, 2-3 business days for Expedited Shipping, or Next-Day delivery for Overnight Shipping.
International Orders: For international shipments, delivery times may vary depending on your location. Please allow 7-21 business days for international delivery, depending on the country and shipping method.
Note that customs delays may also affect delivery times for international orders. Vivibabyzone is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing or regulations in the destination country.
5. Shipping Restrictions
We currently offer shipping to most countries worldwide. However, there may be some restrictions on shipping to certain locations due to local laws or regulations. Please contact our customer service team if you have questions about shipping availability in your country.
6. Tracking Your Order
Once your order is shipped, we will send you an email with tracking information. You can use the tracking number to monitor the delivery progress via the shipping carrier’s website. If you have not received your tracking number, please check your spam or junk email folder, as emails can sometimes be filtered.
