1. Returns and Exchanges
We want to make sure that your shopping experience with us is seamless, and we understand that sometimes products may not meet your expectations. You have 30 days from the date of receipt to return any items that are unused, unwashed, and in their original condition for a full refund or exchange.
- Return Eligibility: The following items are eligible for return:
- Unopened and unused products (clothing, accessories, toys, etc.)
- Products in their original packaging, with tags still attached
- Items purchased within the last 30 days
2. How to Return an Item
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
Step 1: Contact our customer service team at info@vivibabyzone.com or (609) 555-1234 within 30 days of receiving your order. Provide your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for your return.
Step 2: Our team will guide you through the return process and send you a return authorization form. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective or we made an error in fulfilling your order.
Step 3: Once you have received the return authorization, securely package the item(s) and ship them to the address provided. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your return is received by us.
Step 4: Upon receiving your return, we will inspect the items and process your refund or exchange. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
3. Refunds
Once your return has been processed, you will receive a full refund for the returned item(s), excluding the cost of return shipping. Refunds are typically processed within 5-7 business days after we receive the returned items.
- Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the same payment method used for the original purchase. Please note that it may take several business days for the refund to reflect in your account depending on your bank or credit card issuer.
4. Defective or Damaged Products

5. Non-Returnable Items
Certain products are non-returnable, including:

These products are final sale and cannot be returned unless defective or damaged upon arrival.
6. Late or Missing Refunds
